At Idaho Dog Park, every new dog begins with a Meet & Greet evaluation to ensure they feel comfortable, confident, and safe in our environment. This helps us create the best possible experience for your dog and for every pup in our care.

Step 2: Schedule Your Meet & Greet
 Our team will contact you to schedule your dog’s evaluation and daycare visit once your Dog Enrollment Form is submitted.


Step 3: Welcome to the Pack
 Once your dog completes their Meet & Greet, they’ll be ready to join us for daycare, boarding, and more!


Why We Require Meet & Greets

Group daycare isn’t the right fit for every dog, and that’s okay. Our Meet & Greet allows us to observe your dog’s comfort level, play style, and social behavior before they join our playgroups.


This thoughtful introduction helps us maintain a calm, safe, and well-balanced environment, so every dog at Idaho Dog Park can have a positive experience.


We know your dog is family. Our goal is to make Idaho Dog Park feel like a second home for them.


Our technicians carefully monitor playgroups and provide individual attention when dogs need a break, extra comfort, or one-on-one care.


Requirements Before Your Visit

To participate in daycare or boarding, dogs must meet the following requirements:

  • Current vaccinations: Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella
  • Spayed or neutered if older than 8 months of age
  • Puppies 14 weeks–8 months are welcome and do not need to be spayed or neutered
  • Dogs must be friendly with both people and other dogs

We also recommend the canine influenza vaccine (H3N2 & H3N8) as well as flea & tick prevention, for additional protection.

HEALTH AND BEHAVIOR HISTORY

Please make sure your dog is current on the following vaccines: Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella. 

We will need copies! Feel free to email them to us on your scheduled interview day.

 I understand that in addition to the initial “Meet & Greet” day, Idaho Dog Park requires a minimum of TWO days of daycare prior to your first lodging stay.


 I understand that Idaho Dog Park requires at least ONE day of daycare annually to lodge.


 I understand and agree that I am financially responsible for any medical bills if my dog injures another pet. I understand and agree that I assume full financial responsibility and all liability for any and all expenses associated with my pet’s health and/ or behavior.


 I agree to pay all charges of and associated with my pet(s)’ stay at Idaho Dog Park.


 I understand and agree that I will not hold Idaho Dog Park personnel or any of its representatives of Idaho Dog Park liable for administering medication, (of any kind) to my pet while staying at or availing itself of the services of the Idaho Dog Park.


 Employees of Idaho Dog Park may care for and tend my pet(s) without liability for loss, damage, illness, disease, death, theft, fire, or for injury to persons, other pets, or property.


 I understand that Idaho Dog Park has relied upon my representations that my dog is in good health, is current on all required vaccinations, and has not injured, shown aggression or demonstrated threatening behavior to any person or dog.


 I further understand, agree and give permission to Idaho Dog Park staff to address any and all behavioral, medical or other problems/challenges/issues that my pet may have in the manner in which they deem to be in the best interest of my pet(s) and at Idaho Dog Park personnel’s sole discretion.


 I authorize use of my pet’s picture for promotional and advertising purposes.


 I authorize Idaho Dog Park to perform boarding, daycare, and grooming as requested and scheduled.



 I agree to a charge of $5.00 per month on any and all delinquent balances. In the event any balance is not paid at the time services rendered, I further agree to pay a collection fee equal of 33.3% of the balance owed. In the event that further legal action is required for collection of said debt, I agree to pay court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. 



 I have read and agree to all of the above provisions and understand that this contract will remain in force for this and all future daycare and boarding visits for the pet(s) listed below.
